Roger’s Heating & Air Conditioning has provided homeowners in the Ottawa area with affordable heating and cooling service since 1996. We take your calls 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, and will get the job done as soon as possible.

We install, maintain and service furnaces, air conditioners, water heaters, gas fireplaces, pool heaters, garage heaters, gas lines, and gas appliance hook ups.

Each of our licensed technicians are insured through WSIB and our company has complete liability insurance. Safety, efficiency and quality are our top priorities on every job, whether it’s a full gas line and furnace installation or a gas barbecue hook-up.

Get guaranteed results with our insured, licensed technicians. All our furnace and air conditioner installations come with 10 years part warranty and 5 year labor warranty. We also install air source heat pumps.

Maintenance

Regular Maintenance

A crucial part in making sure that your heating and air conditioning systems continue to run properly and efficiently is regular maintenance and cleaning. As such, we will put together a maintenance plan for you, letting you know when your furnace or air conditioner should be cleaned.

Furnace Maintenance:

Combustion analysis with report
Tune for best efficiency
Check safety switches
Check capacitors if present
Clean flame sensor
Visually inspect for cracks and leaks (small repairs included)
Clean loose or caked on dust/debris and vacuum
Clean fan as required
Address any homeowner questions/concerns about the equipment and adjust fan speed and temperature

AC Maintenance:

Check refrigerant pressures under normal operating conditions
Calculate base system efficiency
Make charge adjustments as necessary. Additional charge for refrigerant top up may apply
Replace any leaking gaskets or schrader valves (included)
Check system and compressor running load amps
Check capacitor and relay operation
Clean and straighten condenser fins. May require use of garden hose
Minor re-leveling of outdoor unit

Ottawa is a very nice city to live and work in, until your furnace stops working in January. With technicians on call 24 hours a day, 365 days of the year, you can rest easy. After all, Your Comfort Is Our Business.

We endeavor to answer calls within 3 hours, and provide same day service. If immediate repair is not possible, we offer free use of space heaters subject to availability. Enrollment in a protection plan is not necessary. New clients welcome!
